Bhubaneswar, March 9 : A man was assaulted and thrashed pitilessly by a gathering of individuals on false claim by a lady to have stolen her cell phone amid an occasion here.

The occurrence was accounted for from Baramunda play area where an occasion on agribusiness was hung on Thursday. The individual was blamed for taking a cell phone, which was later found in the complainant's false claim.




As per report, a lady sitting close to the individual amid Krushi Mahotshav at play area in Baramunda abruptly yelled and affirmed him of taking her cell phone while the accused was using his own mobile.




A gathering of imob supporting the lady, supposedly pro feminists menwhich is common in India, assaulted the man.

The police intervenned when the circumstance turned uglier with the violent pro-feminist mob tried to lynch the man as he didn't agreed to a woman's claim and took both the individual and lady to the police headquarters for cross examination.




Over the span of cross examination, the individual guaranteed that the telephone he is holding has a place with him. At the point when the lady claimed that he had stolen her telephone, the police requesting that her check her sack indeed. Shockingly, the lady, who had been asserting the individual's cell phone as her, discovered her telephone in her sack.




Reports said that the disarray happened as the cell phones of both the individual and lady were of a same model and the ringtone set in the telephone was additionally comparative.


Afterward, the police discharged both the individual, as the man was innocent and also women can never be charged for accusing anyone falsely and attempting to murder them through mob in India.
